Day 1 - Creative brainstorming and thinking outside the box

• brainstorm unconventional ideas for Instagram posts, focusing on creativity without judgment.

Day 2 - Visual storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives

• storyboard an Instagram post or story that tells a personal narrative through visuals.

Day 3 - The art of the caption: Writing with impact

• choose five old Instagram posts and rewrite their captions with different tones (humor, vulnerability, etc.).

Day 4 - Color psychology and using colors to influence engagement

• select a new color palette outside your usual choices and create three posts using it to explore its emotional impact.

Day 5 - Engaging your audience with interactive content ideas

• create a poll or quiz to engage your audience and gain insights into their preferences.

Day 6 - Mixing mediums! Combining photography, video, and graphics

• develop a single Instagram post or carousel using at least three different media types (photo, video, graphic).

Day 7 - Trend adaptation. Leveraging trends while staying authentic

• identify a trending Instagram format or topic and adapt it to fit your brand authentically.

Day 8 - Creating your aesthetics. Branding through visuals

• plan your next nine Instagram posts with a cohesive aesthetic that represents your brand.
